1. Use of the App

You may use mewd for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with app security or operation
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law

2. Account

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Activities that occur under your account

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you create in the app such as entries/reminders. By using the app, you grant us the limited rights needed to store/process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content and for maintaining backups where needed.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription / Paid Features (if applicable)

If mewd offers paid or premium features:

• Pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase
• Purchases are handled by the platform provider e.g., Google Play
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the platform’s policies

6. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services (for example Firebase and ad services). Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

mewd is intended for journaling, reflection, and reminder support. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services immediately.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, with or without notice.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. You may also delete your account in-app: Settings > Account > Delete Account, subject to our data retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from your use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
